ICF Administrator
Directs activities, schedules, and prioritizes work in support of clerical and administrative needs of the program. Identifies administrative needs and develops appropriate solutions or recommendations. Serves on management team with director to ensure programs run smoothly and work is completed in a timely manner.
Accounts Payable Clerk
- Issues Purchase Orders
- · Ensure appropriate approval is received on all invoices submitted for payment.
- · Properly identify expense classification code and enter invoices appropriately.
- · Prepares accounts payable checks. Obtains authorized signature and distributes as necessary.
- · Prints all accounts payable reports and maintains all accounts payable files.
- · Assists in monthly closings.
- · Preparation of Sales Tax Refund spreadsheet.
- · Maintain Fixed Assets.
- · Assist with special projects, as necessary.
LEAD ROUTE DRIVER/JOB COACH
Develop business relationships so that employment opportunities are available for clients. Facilitate the placement and retention of clients in the vocational environment. Counsel and aid the client in obtaining and sustaining social services. Advocate on behalf of the client.
LPN
The LPN is responsible to the Director of Nursing (DON), and Home of Hope, Inc. clients for rendering nursing care in assigned area in terms of individualized client needs, according to dependent and independent nursing functions and conformance with recognized nursing techniques, procedures, and established standards based on the scope of practical nursing, under the direction/delegation or oversight of the Registered Nurse. MASTER TEACHER
The Master Teacher is responsible for assisting the Child Care Center Director in operating the Stepping Stones Child Care Center in a manner that contributes to the growth and development of children. Also, acts as responsible staff in short-term absence of the Director. The Master Teach is professionally prepared as a teacher of young children, especially in the field of early childhood education and/or child development. Teacher
The Teacher is responsible for developing a cohesive teaching team, coordinating the curriculum and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom. Teachers must understand children’s cognitive, social, emotional and physical development in order to ensure a safe and stimulating classroom environment where children are actively engaged and encourage to succeed. The Teacher must be skilled in communicating with both children and adults in order to meet the needs of the children, effectively guide teacher assistants and resolve parental concerns.
House Manager
Coordinates specified house operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements provided to them by the Program Coordinator. Orientate and train new staff under the direction of the Program Coordinator. Coordinate activities and schedule medical appointments. Maintain daily, weekly, and/or monthly record keeping. Lead daily activities involving Habilitation Training Staff in the home to ensure daily routines are completed and needs are being met. Maintain a good team relationship with staff, parents/guardians, professionals, case managers, and the program as a whole.

Responsible to serve as a support person to all individuals receiving services by Home of Hope Inc. This support is given in a variety of areas; daily living skills, leisure activities, personal hygiene skills, vocational skills, individual rights and responsibility training, social skills, human relations, transportation, etc.
