Child Care Center Director

We are looking to hire a qualified Child Care Center Director to manage our day-to-day operations and establish and sustain a positive learning environment for children. You will oversee the coordination of education programs that comply with local and federal regulations, ensure that facilities are maintained, manage and support a complement of daycare staff, and manage the center’s financial affairs.

CMA Floater

Serve as a support person to all individuals receiving services by Home of Hope Inc. This support is given in a variety of areas; daily living skills, leisure activities, personal hygiene skills, vocational skills, individual rights and responsibility training, social skills, transportation, etc. The CMA is responsible for the medication given during their shift. This includes the documentation associated with giving medication.

Maintenance Technician

Responsible to complete any construction/remodeling for HOH or any of its subsidiaries and to complete general repair and maintenance of all HOH facilities, vehicles, and operations. May be required to work independently, as part of a regular maintenance crew, or as an assistant to skilled tradesmen.

House Manager

Coordinates specified house operations while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements provided to them by the Program Coordinator. Orientate and train new staff under the direction of the Program Coordinator. Coordinate activities and schedule medical appointments. Maintain daily, weekly, and/or monthly record keeping. Lead daily activities involving Habilitation Training Staff in the home to ensure daily routines are completed and needs are being met. Maintain a good team relationship with staff, parents/guardians, professionals, case managers, and the program as a whole.

Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator is involved with several of the administrative functions in the human resource operations, with a high concentration of work focused on employee recruitment.  Develops recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels. Directs the efforts of employment agencies and search firms, including communicating through the negotiations with employment-related fees. Screens and refers qualified applicants to hiring manager for interviewing. May provide initial screening to obtain work history, education, training, job skills and salary requirements.

Trust Accounting Clerk

Process all requests for all expenditures of client funds in accordance with Home of Hope policies and procedures. Documents the funds received or disbursed for clients and updates client records. Works with Accounts Receivable clerk to ensure that funds are deposited timely and trust account balances are accurate. Works with regulatory agencies including DDSD, Social Security, Title IXX, and financial auditors, as necessary. Knowledge of W-9 and Work comp documentation. Ability to reconcile A/P statements monthly. Assist CFO with special projects as needed.
